Installation

Our LED Neon signs are mounted on high-quality, clear acrylic backboards. The backboards come with pre-drilled holes, making wall mounting easy and ready to go right out of the box.

Production & Delivery

All of our products are handmade, and plenty of thought goes into each project. We aim to produce and deliver your sign within 10-15 working days. We will keep you updated throughout with pictures.

Power Supply

Every NeonCow order includes a 1.5m clear cable that connects to a UK adapter. If you need an adapter for another country, or a longer cable please request this during checkout.

Warranty

All our indoor and outdoor signs come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering any faulty items. We use the latest LED neon flex technology, which is both stronger and lighter than traditional glass neon tubes.
