This call-out fee acts as a deposit towards your final order and will be deducted from the total amount. We will be in touch within one hour of booking to arrange a time for the visit. Ensure your space shines exactly the way you envision it!

Installation
Our LED Neon signs are mounted on high-quality, clear acrylic backboards. The backboards come with pre-drilled holes, making wall mounting easy and ready to go right out of the box.
Production & Delivery
All of our products are handmade, and plenty of thought goes into each project. We aim to produce and deliver your sign within 10-15 working days. We will keep you updated throughout with pictures.
Power Lead
Every NeonCow order includes a 1.5m clear cable that connects to a UK adapter. If you need an adapter for another country, or a longer cable please request this during checkout.
Warranty
We use the latest LED neon flex technology, which is both stronger and lighter than traditional glass neon tubes. All our indoor and outdoor signs come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering any faulty items.
